Following are answers to some of the frequently asked questions.
 
What is the International Parcel Services Personal Shopper Service?
International Parcel Service is pleased to offer a convenient Personal Shopper Service for our International Customers. Many US stores will not ship outside the United States or accept alternate methods of payment other than a US credit card. IPS Parcel's Personal Shopper service helps alleviate these issues by allowing you to conveniently purchase items from several stores, right from your IPS Suite Holder Account. We will use our company credit card to purchase items for you and have them shipped to our warehouse with your Suite Holder Account Number. All you need to do is send money to fund your Suite Holder Account using, Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. Once we receive the funds, we will add it to your account.
 
Is there a set up or registration fee to use the Personal Shopper Service?
No. IPS Parcel does not charge a set up or registration fee to use the Personal Shopper Service.
 
Is there a monthly fee to use the Personal Shopper Service?
No. IPS Parcel does not charge a monthly fee to use the Personal Shopper Service.
 
What is the charge to use the Personal Shopper Service?
IPS Parcel's Personal Shopper Service fee is 10% of the total purchase amount with a minimum amount of $10.00.
 
Is there a limit on the number of stores I can buy from at one time?
No. You can purchase several items from several stores under one transaction with the IPS Parcel Personal Shopper Service. .
 
How do I use the Personal Shopper Service?
Simply log into your Suite Account and select the option for Personal Shopper Service. Please make sure your account has adequate funds before shopping as we will not be able to complete your request if you account does not have the funds for your purchases. Fill out the form with the store link to the item you wish to purchase and the required information. Once you click submit, we will begin processing your request. Please allow up to 2 business days to process Personal Shopper Requests. When selecting items from the stores, please add to shopping cart or other methods to determine if there is a shipping cost to our warehouse and that you are aware of it, before you complete your request. What types of payment do you accept to use the Personal Shopper Service?
IPS Parcel accepts payment into your account through Western Union or Bank Wire Transfer. Contact info@ipsparcel.com for bank transfer information. Any fees associated with the above payment methods will also be deducted from your account. Accounts must have adequate funds to cover all purchases and fees.
 
Can I send extra money to my Suite Holder Account to use for future purchases and/or shipping charges?
Yes, any money left in your account after your purchases and shipping has been paid for will remain in your account until you are ready to use it toward any future product purchases or shipping cost.
 
Can I ask for any extra money in my Suite Holder Account be returned to me?
Yes, but it has to be returned in the same manner we received it. For example, it has to be returned to the EXACT same Bank Account for Wire Transfer and the same Name for Western Union. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these terms and conditions. Any and all fees associated with returns of money are the responsibility of the customer.
 
How will I know when my items have been purchased by IPS Parcel?
IPS Parcel will forward order confirmations to you via email from each store we purchase an item from on your behalf.
 
How will I know when my purchases have arrived in my Suite Holder Account?
IPS Parcel will notify you via email when you receive packages to your suite and where they came from. You can then submit a shipment request or wait to receive additional packages.
 
Do you offer a repack service for my purchases?
Yes, IPS Parcel offers a repack service at a fee of $3.00 per package with a $10.00 minimum amount.
 
Am I allowed to return merchandise you purchase on my behalf?
Yes you may return merchandise, following the seller or store's return policies and you will be responsible for shipping and handling costs.
 
Are there any restricted items that I can not ship?
The following items are not acceptable for carriage to any international destinations unless otherwise indicated. (Additional restrictions may apply depending on destination. Various regulatory clearances in addition to customs clearance may be required for certain commodities, thereby extending the transit time.)   • C.O.D. shipments.
  • Human corpses, human organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains.
  • Explosives
  • Firearms, weaponry and their parts.
  • Perishable foodstuffs and foods and beverages requiring refrigeration or other environmental control.
  • Live animals (including insects).
  • Plants and plant material, including cut flowers.
  • Lottery tickets and gambling devices where prohibited by local, state, provincial or national law.
  • Money (coins, cash, currency, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash such as endorsed stocks, bonds and cash letters).
  • Collectable coins and stamps.
  • Pornography.
  • Shipments* being processed under:  Top

  1. Hazardous waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes or other medical waste.
  2. Shipments that may cause damage to, or delay of, equipment, personnel or other shipments.
  3. Shipments that require us to obtain any special license or permit for transportation, importation or exportation.
  4. Shipments whose carriage, importation or exportation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
  5. Shipments with a declared value for customs in excess of that permitted for a specific destination. (See the Declared Value for Carriage and Limits of Liability section.)
  6. Dangerous goods except as permitted under the Dangerous Goods section of these terms and conditions.
  7. Dead animals (including insects) or animals that have been mounted.
  8. Packages that are wet, leaking or emit an odor of any kind.
